The Quest 2000 is a technological breakthrough. It actually thinks any motion problem through. It has been preprogrammed with the patterns of every known false alarm signal used by motion detectors. These signals are compared to the pattern of a human target to positively identify a human intruder while rejecting all else. This innovative product can differentiate among 256 environmental levels. It maintains the sensitivity of its PIR and the integrity of its microwave in the presence of all factors that have caused problems in the past including temperature changes, hot rooms, fluorescent lighting, constant motion, RFI and electrical transients.
